We only ship to addresses within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or destinations outside of the United States.

We ship UPS Next Day Air and/or 2 Day Air depending on weather.

All quality concerns must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order, and you will be asked to supply information and  photographs of the delivered shipment. Click here to view the form.

Due to the live nature of this product and the timeliness for shipping, you may experience up to a 2 week delay once you have placed your order. Shipments are dispatched between Monday, and Wednesday. Should we experience an unusually high order volume, there may be a slight delay, and any significant delays will be emailed.

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging without any indication of the contents or our brand.

Once your order ships, an email containing active tracking number(s) will be sent to you immediately.

Orders are not eligible for cancellation once your payment has been processed. 

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
