About Lemon Cherry Gelato Clones
Lemon Cherry Gelato is a modern dessert-style cultivar celebrated for its vibrant bag appeal, resin-rich flowers, and intensely layered aroma. A likely descendant of Sunset Sherbert and Cookies known for its candy profile, this cultivar showcases dense, trichome-coated flowers with rich purple and green coloration and a loud, candy-forward nose.
The aroma is unmistakably sweet and complex, opening with notes of sour cherry, candied lemon peel, and creamy gas. Beneath the fruit and confectionery top notes lies a subtle earthy undertone with hints of vanilla and floral spice. Structurally, Lemon Cherry Gelato grows as a medium-height plant with sturdy branching, excellent resin production, and a bract-dominant flower structure. It does not wash wells but, flower connoisseurs love it for its aromatic intensity and visual appeal.
Lemon Cherry Gelato offers a rich and candy-like aromatic profile that opens with vibrant notes of sour cherry, sugared lemon peel, and creamy citrus rind. Beneath the bright fruit-forward top layer, subtle undertones of vanilla frosting, hints of lavendar, and light gas emerge, creating a well-rounded and decadent bouquet. The finish is long and persistent, leaving lingering impressions of cherry syrup, citrus candy, and faint earthy sweetness that hang in the air and on the palate.

First off, shipping and quality of the rooted clones is second to none. Very professional packaging. They e thought of everything. Jeanette is super responsive if you have special needs and I truly appreciate that as well. There was a cold front in the east coast, and she communicated that they’d keep an eye on the weather, and they shipped as soon as everything cleared up. After curing, this strain was super greasy. It had a super funky initial smell and immediately faded to a deep fruity smell. Amazing terps. It translates very well in the flavor in a joint as well. Definitely an amazing cut. Not the highest yielder, but I’d rather have the terps, flavor, and effect over yield any day. They did well with 3.0 EC feed with high PPFD. No CO2. They responded well to under canopy lighting as well.

I really enjoyed this cut. easy to grow, smells nice, the smoke is pretty good. The only reason I gave it a four is that I enjoyed the 24k, RS11, and Pink 33 more. If those are all fives, well, this had to be a four.
That being said, it’s an incredible plant. Mine turned deep purple and was super frosty. I’m going to keep it around. reminds me a lot of Permanent Marker, but it is easier to grow and has a little more to it.
All I know is that based on the four clones I purchased, I’ll be buying more. All of them arrived happy and healthy. Not only that, but they were all exactly what I expected.
I can’t wait to try more. Next up, Original Runtz.

This is my first clone that wasn’t from my own girls and I only bought it because I trust James Loud for something I can safely put right into the garden. She was easy to clone, is in flower now and looks great. Highly recommended.

Right out of the box, they were vibrant with no signs of stress. Transplanted them and they are already smelling fantastic. Thanks James.
