LoudClones is committed to providing pest and disease-free plants. Our motto is “we start clean and we stay clean.” We do our best to provide you with high-quality genetics and we appreciate your understanding that plants are delicate, living organisms that require care, and the shipping process can occasionally cause them stress.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders received will ship within 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been processed and payment has been received. Rushing orders is not an option because we never want to compromise on clone quality.

SHIPPING TIME

To minimize weekend delays, we only ship clones on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. This helps prevent orders from getting stuck over the weekend. Please note that holidays and extreme weather conditions may impact delivery timelines. In the event of high order volumes or extended delays, we will proactively reach out to you via email. We sincerely appreciate your patience during peak periods, as our thorough quality control process ensures every customer receives vibrant, healthy clones.

SHIPPING METHOD

We ship UPS Next Day Air and/or 2 Day Air depending on weather.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an email notification from us that includes your UPS tracking number so that you can track your order and know exactly when it will arrive. Please use the UPS tracking for the most up-to-date accurate information about your order including a delivery estimate. 

ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders are not eligible for cancellation once your payment has been processed. 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns. 

REFUNDS 

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds after an order has shipped. 

If we can process a refund for your order, refunds incur a $30 processing fee charged by our credit card provider. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

DAMAGES

LoudClones is not liable for damaged or lost packages. If your shipment is damaged during transit, please contact customersupport@loudclones.com within 24 hours of delivery to file a claim and be sure to retain all the packaging and damaged items for the claim process. Please fill out a claim using the form found here

REPLACEMENTS

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order after receipt, please contact us at customersupport@loudclones.com within 24 hours of delivery. You must contact us by filling out the form found here BEFORE the plant has been transplanted out of the clone shipper.

For any order discrepancies, please email us at customersupport@loudclones.com. We ask that any disputes be raised within 24 hours of delivery.
